To me the biggest monsoon game was on Halloween, 1981, against So. Miss. That was the Bob Tyler year. We lost 22 - 0. I remember the Denton cable weather channel ticking off 1/100th of an inch of rain every second that day. Rumor has it a player almost drowned at the bottom of a pile after a tackle.
