  1. So I have waited will I got back to work to type this long response on an actual computer and not my cell phone. But, I just wanted to list a couple of things that struck me as good additions or not so good additions to the game day experience. I will not be speaking to the tailgating that went on or anything of that nature simply the experience that I had walking briskly up to the stadium after parking by the Pit. So first thing I want to chat about is the location of the blood donor buses. I truly think these could have been in a better location to attract more attention, however when signing in on Bus 1 I did notice 45 other names on the list and them mentioning that each bus has had roughly the same amount of visitors. Also, they did hand out the vouchers for the free admission into the UTSA game good little add by the athletic department. Second, the addition of people directing traffic for fans that are crossing the bridge from Fouts parking lot. HUGE KUDDOS on this addition. The students were wearing NEON YELLOW shirts directing traffic to either the hill or the winged entrance and explaining which way to go to the crowd. Also, little "street signs" have been added letting people know which way leads to what. Third, once in the stadium I noticed that the event staff was not checking any tickets for people. I do like this better because it can get a little annoying having to show my ticket every time when I go get a cold beverage and return. I do understand the need for them as well but I do not believe UNT is at this point when it comes to a "full house". I absolutely loved the new "game/race" when they selected 2 kids to start on the 40 yard line run to the 30 and put on some HUGE cleats then to the 20 and throw some shoulder pads on then the 10 to pick the football up and ultimately score a TD across the goaline. REALLY THOUGHT THAT WAS A GOOD GAME. I guessed I missed out on the NORTH TEXAS chant this week. I feel like thats one of the biggest things we had going from last year and i guess i missed it at this game.
