I always have a problem when the coach says I picked this defense because it was the hardest for me to play against.  Figure out your talent and plan for the best defense you can run out there that year.  We do not have the size up front to run a 3-3-5 currently, in my opinion.

Build it on campus! and attach a hotel to it or closer too it.  Then teams coming into town for games (all sports) can use.  Should get back to what the Raddison was back in the late 1980's - 90.  The hotel was staffed in part by the school for hotel restaurant management.

I have trust in Mosley to make the best of this time.  I am sure he will do everything to have McCasland stay.

1. Create package to have Grant continue to build what we have. This will take a needed growth in fan support.

2. He will find the best coach to continue the build.
