I guess you can only take the ones who can afford it then. Or look at cheaper tickets in another section. There are endzone tickets for $25 on the Heart of Dallas bowl website. I know the university doesn't get the money, but more butts in seats is worth something too.

We had extra time before we played them last time and that worked out well for us. I think it will again this time too

Didn't he already clean house with the assistant coaches? Usually newly named head coaches don't coach bowl games and the leftovers from the old regime do the coaching. But if there is no old guard left, then there's no one left to coach the team.

It's always an 11 am start. When that game was known as the "cotton bowl" it was still always an 11 am start.

I just hope we never wear plain black pants again. There was no logo or anything on them. If you saw a pic of a player from the waist down, there was nothing to indicate who they played for. It looked like they lost the real pants they were supposed to wear and just played in whatever they could get delivered overnight.

FYI - the concessions there don't take cards so make sure you take cash with you. Went to the Alamobowl last year with the wife last year (she went to TCU) and spent a lot of time waiting in line for the ATM and then the concessions. I'm sure there will be fewer people at this game, but would still help to get some cash in advance.

Considering we don't have any teams on the same level as Florida left on the schedule, I think he can easily surpass that.

I'm not so quick to add USM to the win column. It'll be a tough game as will be WKU and LT. And looking ahead at schedules, LT plays USM the last week. We may end up with a dog in that fight.

Between UNT, USM & LaT, we all have 1 loss in the conference and we haven't played either of them yet. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't we already in the driver's seat? We just need to win. We don't need any help.
