  1. Oh I know we do and I'm as proud of our attendance there as anyone else here on this forum. But, I was referring back to a couple years ago when we only had 5 home games because we were supposed to look at SMU as our 6th home game that year. It was ridiculous then, I still consider that ridiculous now, and I'm glad that whoever was in charge of that decision is now gone.
  2. So nice to have 6 actual home games! What the hell do you mean SMU is a home game? Good riddance...
  3. Very heartbreaking for him and his family. But I'd love to see him back on our sidelines!
  4. Through 2021. http://www.fbschedules.com/ncaa/conf-usa/north-texas-mean-green.php
  5. his performance at the end of this season leaves me wondering what could have been had we just taken our lumps with SMU and kept him in and let him start all season. No knock on Mason though. I'm super excited to watch him compete for the job again next year.
  6. Would love to see a sell out, but I don't think we see it next year. We will see a big showing of Army fans though. The Army people around us said they drove all the way from Georgia and are planning a trip to Denton next year. Said they love the Dallas area.
  7. Fair park is the stop you want. I'll be stepping off the 9:09 am Mean Green Train myself
  8. Probably going to get into the stadium if you "pack heat." Haha! That would suck if you couldn't get in for that reason. I'm gonna go put mine in the safe now so I don't forget to leave it tomorrow...
  9. Do we know yet what the teams are wearing? I'm guessing we'll be wearing the chromed helmets.
  10. I picked NM in my bowl pick em. Had to root for them in this game. But I'll be rooting for USM tonight!
  11. Too bad I can't read this link without a membership. I was curious what makes up the "suite"
  12. So says the guy whose very screen name we are debating here...
  13. Kiffin is reportedly taking a pay cut too. Going from 1.4 million a year to a reported 1 million.
  14. They still gave up some turnovers though. And that was our saving grace when we played them last time.
  15. That's well and good. But anyone keeping up with the programs knows that Navy only lost because of their injuries, specifically the QB. But I'm still scared for us in this bowl game
  16. Haha! I know, I know... I'm a bad, bad alumni. :) In theory, I like the idea of giving the university more of my money. I certainly give them more than most alumni every year through my MGC donation and hundreds of dollars in purchases in food and clothing at the games throughout the season. However, there are too many unknowns to the bowl game seating arrangements for my liking. So for my own piece of mind, I need to know exactly what I'm paying for when I buy tickets.
  17. I bought them on StubHub. I don't have enough MGC points to want to take my chances there. And I think the tickets bought at the university are around the 20 or so. Where were y'alls tickets at last time they were bought through the AD?
  18. I've got 4 on the front row 50 yard line behind what is supposed to be the CUSA bench. They switched sides on us last time.
  19. Wow. I'm not used to seeing that negative number by UNT's name. I've become accustomed to seeing that next to the other team's name. :)
  20. Just wait until after the game and get it all 50+% off
  21. Tickets are expensive. We go to 1 TCU game a year for the same price for our UNT season tickets. This year, we decided on the Okie State game and were at that one. After the Okie State game, we went straight to Denton for the senior night game too. My wife kicks ass!
  22. I watched that game with the wife since she's a TCU alum. That place looked like a ghost town on TV
