  1. First class move with the Texas strong sign
  2. Just that Lamar makes it here and home safely and that there is good sportsmanship on display with no injuries for either team. That's my wish.
  3. Why can't I like your posts!?!?!?!? This is a perfect example, but you have so many spot on, hilariously well placed comments that I'd like to add a reaction to but I can't.
  4. I was really tired of seeing him on game days in a black t-shirt and black shorts. I really want to see him in a helmet and pads. It'll happen soon, but not soon enough. Here's to a speedy recovery!
  5. I was really impressed by him at the Wednesday practice. He looked really good to me. Made some nice fades, threw many bullets, was accurate, and protected the ball.
  6. You can get season tickets to UNT for $60. That's for the whole season. Not a game.
  7. So they got a WR of ours and we get a RB. I'm okay with that.
  8. Maybe I just like what I know... or maybe RV was right??? NOPE!! I just like what I know. Damn you RV!!!!
  9. Another national ranking that has 3 digits in front of our name. So disappointing...
  10. I was really hoping to see him in action last year. I'm really tired of seeing him in a t-shirt and shorts on the sidelines.
  11. They are calling this year's game a "scrimmage" again. So once again, it won't be a "game." I'd like to see it in the game format, but I'm okay with this. I'll still be there.
  12. I don't think another 10-30k a year is enough to keep any of these guys from going to a P5 program. It will hopefully be enough to make us more attractive when having to fill more positions in the future. Paying our assistants has been long overdue.
  13. I know what my next tattoo is going to be!
  14. Umm... TU isn't that far away. I'd consider that a shared market with a P5 team.
  15. I understand that we are UNT and over the years we've been trained to think small. However, Neal doesn't seem to think that way. Who would have thought we'd be able to go after and land the OC of one of the most explosive and up and coming offenses in the nation to be our football head coach? I certainly wouldn't have thought that was possible. I think the same will happen in basketball. I believe we're going to see a bigger hire than we've seen in the past. Like Tommy Lloyd at Gonzaga or maybe Danny Henderson at OSU.
  16. Why bother? They won't answer the phone unless you have the double secret probation phone number. And if they do answer, they won't be able to answer your questions.
  17. Avoid the RV Roll on the menu...it's probably full of shit.
  18. I wonder if the Spring "Game" will actually be a "Game" this year?
  19. This is where I read the stuff about the Ravens wanting to keep him on. http://sportsday.dallasnews.com/high-school/high-schools/2017/01/27/making-mark-field-former-desoto-unt-nfl-standout-zach-orr-looks-next-chapter Some quotes from the article: The Ravens hope to hire him back this spring in some capacity, either in coaching or in personnel. "This guy is one of the smartest football players I've ever been around," Ravens defensive coordinator Dean Pees said.
  20. I believe I read somewhere that the Ravens are looking into finding a way to keep Zach on staff there. They like him that much. Zach may not make it back down to the college levels.
  21. We're still a team with a losing record, bowl game appearance or not. If we can put up a winning season or two with what we have, you'll see better recruits. And I believe we have the coaching talent here that can take what we have and make a put a few winning seasons together to get those recruits. All in all, I'm not too upset about this recruiting class.
