Just got back from the bus trip....really enjoyed it. Yes there were only 18 of us but we were loud, proud, and woar green....we even chanted "we want western" to all the WKU fans after the game. There were also some students there who didnt take a bus. I already know that if we make it tuesday...there is a large amount of people who wanna go. hoping they have a bus up there tuesday after noon...and let us stay the 9 since the game wont be over till about 11:30. anyways, please dont bash this, it was a lot of time changing/confusion and yes, a lack of marketing. but it was a good time and this is a new route for North Texas...this is the first time EVER for a student bus to a conference tourny. It was fun, and i hope to be back tuesday since i cant make it up there tommrow.

Yep, but 11 hours in a bus is worth it to see the mean green play...and im willing to do the same tuesday if that should be the case....i got a test monday morning so all sunday im gonna sit on the bus and study!

Ill be going on the student spirit bus sunday, and hopefully tuesday if we make it that far and they do another bus. Who else is going to hot springs?

we were beating WKU for 38 min in Diddle....the last 2 min is what lost us the game...so yes i feel confident when i say we can hang with them.

what i have heard is the plan is to leave sat at 2 for the women's game at 9 pm....stay overnight and then go to the mens game which i think is at 3....assume that game take 2 hours it would be 5 and then a 5 1/2 hour trip back would put us in denton around 10/10:30 with no stops....11/11:30 with stops....so i doubt we would be back at 9...

accually its for second all time....blakeley is 2nd now behind pete shands who who has 217 wins in 22 season...blakeley has 134 in 8 seasons and jones has 125 in 8 season...thats 1 2 and 3 right now in NT History!

students also get free hotel...4 to a room...and dont have to pay for bus or tickets...only thing students pay for is food...if the bus comes back sunday night then i can do this since i have class and work monday.

how was she at the men's game if she was in Jonesburo arkansas with the rest of the team upsetting ASU?

according to the NT Daily....she is suspended for the rest of the season....which means she has played her last game for north texas...

a lot of advertising on campus today, and in the paper....even the bus driver told me to support my mean green tonight!....good things are happening with bus driver support!

Well, im a radio television film major, and those in that major seem to be somewhat apathetic towards athletics and yet i love them. though im going into sports broadcasting so maybe thats why lol!
