What about FAU/FL? Why would the lawyer represent the plaintiff unless he had a legit case?
They get paid whether they win or not. No real incentive not to take every case.

As much as people dislike Kiffin, he didn't do anything wrong. I have extended an offer to a candidate before, HR did a background check, and he was not able to be hired because of past credit issues. HR can't do the background check until an offer has been extended.

That picture tells you why they have survived without football.
Lol, very true. Looks like one of the grad classes I took at UTD many years ago.

It's a checklist. We must mark them off. Next person we hire should be either German or Japanese so we can start knocking off those brands too.
I have a running list like this myself:)

I had a friend that graduated from UTA. He has zero wild and crazy stories to tell, no fond memories, nothing. Basically went to class and went home. He is a big UT Homer now and claims that he is an UT alum because UTA is part of the UT system. Even wears the hideous burnt orange shirts.

Good to see coach Dodge has no hard feelings towards UNT. Reaching out to Littrell & Co. is good for us. Hopefully we can get some recruiting going at Westlake.
I believe it ended amicably between both parties so would be nice to open a recruiting pipeline through Coach Dodge.

Happy for the Mavs..I'll always remember when one of their fans came to my office in tears wanting all our leftover game programs from their last football game ever...their last game was against us.
Do you happen to remember the outcome of that game?

Too much ice, not enough ice. Popcorn too salty, not enough salt. Cheerleaders too pretty, don't show enough, show too much. We didn't win by enough points, we won by too many points. Even if a certain person comes back, they chose not to be happy anyway.

Instead of mods locking down threads due to people bickering, the offenders should have a cage match. 2 people enter the cage, only 1 person leaves.

Fixed.
True. I know he suffered several knee injuries but when he was healthy, they didn't use him as a 3rd down back like they said they were. He can pick up a blitz and is effective catching out of the backfield or slot.

Great for Lance. Hopefully the Rams will utilize him out of the backfield more than the Cowboys and he stays healthy.

How can you say it's different? I believe Benford's pay was at or near the top of the Belt and was near the top of CUSA. How is having a new coach's pay near the top of the conference a different approach?
About the only difference is that the new coach was a D1 head coach when he was hired here.
That's not the only difference, at all. He was a winning coach everywhere he went. We have identified many problems that existed that we, the fan, never knew about. We are close, hopefully, to adding an IPF. Raising the coaches pay now more influences the type of coaches we can obtain in the future. This AD is night and day different than it was last year ago and you know it. Just because someone in particular is on a temporary ban doesn't mean you have to jump in and take his place for all things negative.

I have always like the SP. I wish the aisles were a little wider between the seats. I am an average sized man, roughly 6'1", and I feel cramped by the seat in front of me. Outside of that and the stupid media row that takes up prime seating, I have always like the SP, inside and out.
Question/Suggestion: Could suites/club seating be added at the top of the seating on the sides? This was be from Section 217-222 and from Section 204-210. This would obviously reduce capacity, but could be an option if feasible.
Average size at 6'1"? In some countries, you would be tall enough to be in the freak show!

Doesn't seem to hold some of the high profile programs with ancient arenas back.
I don't think the problem with the SP is its age. The layout is bad, no suites, terrible sound, concessions etc. All these can be fixed but does it make sense financially?

Neither, using it as a running joke.

You guys are shelling out a crap ton of money to hire a coach. HELL YOU HIRED A COACH AWAY FROM A DIVISION I PROGRAM and all you can do is get your panties wadded.
Act big time, fake it till you feel it.
I have never seen you react so butt hurt before. It's actually kinda amusing.

I suppose we should be prepared for some JUCOs. ASU had 7 active on the roster this season and was actively recruiting 6 more. 1 of the 6 has given his verbal commitment, but tweeted earlier that he was re-opening his commitment (deleted tweet later). Roosevelt Smart would be a nice player to pick up to complement Lawson at SG.
Makes you wonder how many of the current players will end up here in the Fall and whether or not he will bring any of the players he is still recruiting over with him.
I have no idea how basketball recruiting works. Is most of the recruiting done by the head coach or by the assistants, like in football?

He holds a career record 199-44 (.819) record as a head coach at the junior college and NCAA Division II levels. He won the NJCAA National Championship while at Midland JC in 2007. What more do you want?
243-0 (1.00) would be perfect

I don't know if they do or not. I guess I was kind of thinking about ambulance chasers. I might have just been blowing smoke out of my arse.
