I understand that we want our Belt foes to be very good so it elevates the rest of the conference (NT included), but WKY is going to be very good with or without Guerrero. Now, if he were to sign with them and he is as-advertised, then UNT (as well as the rest of the belt) is in trouble of losing any kind of grip we could muster. WKY has a rich basketball history and that probably contributed to Guerrero's committment, but I will root against them starting up a dynasty with Guerrero as a cornerstone. I agree that losing Reed and Gradnigo hurt the conference.

Would love to see some auxilary stats, especially assists for Jones & Norris and rebounds & blocks for Robinson. Maybe just a whole line of stats for each player if you can find them. It didn't look like Singletary wanted to take over the game until it was too late. Crockett was very tough last night. He was a matchup nightmare for our D. He scored down low with ease, and he had a nice outside shot as well. I think this guy will be very good for them in the future.

I don't know about "8 out of 10", but maybe 5-5. I didn't see a team completely outplay another either, until the OT period. I saw over 20 lead changes, and if Roberson did not foul out of the game with 2 min to play, we might have lost the game in regulation. Foul problems KILLED the Raiders last night. They had 2 starters out before the OT period. We only lost George to fouls, and that was with 2 minutes left and a 9 or 10 point lead in the OT period. Singletary deserves a bunch of criticism from Tech fans. He did not score like he should have... However, a HUGE reason for that was the play of Hogans defensively. He was all over Singletary like stink on poo. To say that Singletary's free throw shooting is what cost Tech the game is absurd.

I knew we were gonna win as soon as Roberson fouled out with about 2 min left to play in regulation. What a heckuva game! Tristan didn't find his shot until late in the second half, but when he did he couldn't miss and that opened up Josh to go ballistic on them in OT. Hogans was AWESOME, covering Singletary really well tonight on D. Watching the banners go up before the game was awesome as well. So proud of the Mean Green tonight!

Yep. We're winners. We've won over 20 games a year for the past 5 years. No need to do this. Unless it's some kind of barn-burner, triple digit, 3OT, buzzer beater win, then we don't need to storm the court.
