I like brutalist architecture, my complaint with campus is more of the massive parking lots and huge streets slicing through it. I mean, it gives it that faceless Dallas appeal, of parking lots that extend for miles, though.

The only parts of campus I find still absolutely hideous are down by College Inn and the Environmental Science area. The most beautiful area is definitely by the Auditorium building. When it snows, that area in front of the Auditorium building makes you feel like you’re at an Ivy League. Wooten, GAB, and Language building are a monstrosity. I like the music buildings, they have a weird brutalist beauty to them. Campus looks SO MUCH BETTER today than it did in 2009 when I got there.

Every year his teams come stumbling out of the gate like a bunch of undisciplined middle schoolers, and get wrecked by teams they have no business losing to. It’s beyond aggravating.

I’d be more inclined to support Seth if his teams would stop getting boatraced to start the season by scrub programs like SMU or UNLV, and win a bowl game every now and then. Any time they are overmatched, they just shit the bed in spectacular ways. Until I see something different, I can’t support Seth. Win a championship, win a bowl game and then let’s talk. Just exhausting having to make excuses as to why SMU beats the team by 60 every year.

Today’s game was overall a pleasant surprise. Other than the hilariously bad music choices, everything was a significant step up from the past couple.

Look, I’ve been saying this for a while now. I don’t really know what this AD does well at this point. They’ve cratered student attendance which has been our strength since Apogee opened, let all of our traditions fall apart, can’t run an in-game presentation, results on the football field are not satisfactory… At some point you have to look at Wren.
