I wish him the best. He seemed like a really good teammate like Stone.

I don’t want one and done types unless a grad student with proven character and selflessness.
i don’t want us to play like Memphis

Take all the ones with goud character and selflessness.

There is a Twitter post that says he is going to Memphis. If that’s true , I am not mad anymore. This is going to be fun!
-
I don’t .

I was not at all mad at Tylor ever . This one I am “butt hurt” as my sons say . There is a difference IMHO.

I hope so . I really think if Rubin does not go pro that we can get him and Aaron .

We have an exciting team. Look out for Wooten next year. She can ball.

Now, how do we get Rubin over to that copy machine?

I would like to see our HS players developed. It seems like none have really contributed since Jones and Scott. Stone has collected some minutes but never found his offensive stride considering he was a 1,500 point scorer in high school.
It’s harder to tell which HS recruits will pan out . I do believe Layne Taylor will pan out .

What is your opinion on where to focus recruitment and the right mix?
ex. Power 5 bench players
Smaller Conference starters but realistically not stars
High School Stars
Division I Stars
JUCO

He needs to join UNT just so Hank can say “ we Wicks is burning the candle on both ends - offense and defense .”

I would like to see him on our coaching staff in charge of player development. Also playing in TBT. Either Ross or Mac should grab him.

What we don’t see that contributes to what we do see is important. Leadership and mentoring of the other coaches and players . Loving them well, lifting their spirits and correction with grace. These are paying the biggest dividends.

In the last year , we beat SEC, Big 12, Big Ten in the NIT.

Just avoid a 4 minute scoring drought and we should be good .

What can’t be overlooked is the job of Coach Hodge and the entire staff to help individual players and the team to overcome adversity through hard work, resilience and love for each other. This will pay off big short and long term.

It’s so early we have to bring someone like this in as you never know who could leave .

I am not claunching my fists worrying about UTSA .

Charlotte, 19-12 (13-5), didn't get a NIT invite and we, 18-14 (10-8), did?
Yes , we have a higher NET rating.

Not if it compromises our team character and chemistry. (David Jones was the exception on Memphis ).
