You’re delusional if you think Morris is a bad hire, he cares so much about the program. It’s year 1 did y’all really expect a damn conference championship?
It’s a struggle, but it’s also apparent many won’t be happy no matter who’s coach.

I’m a weird TV schedule hoe and this is badass, other than the Memphis game (could be one of the highest ranked opponents in the Pit ever?) Being on ESPN+.

Oh I mean it wasn’t that bad and there was cloud, I was on the sideline and was getting hot but nothing compared to like Ball State in 2013 or SMU in 2014.
But for others, it could be and some don’t want to be in the heat🤷🏻♂️ it’s the mentality, If we won the CUsA championship and a bowl game, it would’ve looked a lot different…

WKU/La Tech got flexed to ESPN with all MLB Wild Card games resulting in 2 game sweeps. This is the first time in a while the CUSA has had a conference matchup on the main ESPN channel. The last I could remember is the 2016 CUSA championship game? Could be wrong but that was the last time we had a decent TV contract.

We aren’t having our tailgate this week, I’ll be coming in from Jerry World with the A&M/Ark game being at 11AM, but will be on field taking pictures.

Asked about any Navy prep for next week because of their style of play, Morris mentioned they worked on it over summer but more focused on the now than the triple option. I just have to think it was brought up at least once with it being a BYE because I remember Seth and Co would have prep at least a week before back in ‘16 and ‘17.
Also both Morris, Ayo and even Chandler himself raved about confidence and calm collectiveness that Chandler has in the big situations. Dare I say the Tylor Perry of football… haha
Morris has talked about penalties in the past and said they are going to be a huge emphasis going forward so “we don’t keep killing ourselves, shooting ourselves in the foot”
FCS team matchup doesn’t matter, but that’s a typical repsonse.

Finished with a team high in points and was getting into a groove later in the game. He has played some of his best games against the big schools, like Kansas, Wisconsin etc
He is fine and to be honest he’s one of the best shooters in the nation. Just got to get adjusted first.
