  1. I think I have watched every weekly press conference since he has been here except for this week. When he states the team needs to get better in all three phases, I would like Vito (or someone) to ask: why is the team not better in all three phases of the game at this point? Why is the 3-3-5 the best scheme for the current players? Here is normally asked questions like this: You had two weeks to prepare and I'm assuming those were good practices, right? Did the team have good preparation?
  2. It is time to ask: why is the team not better in all three phases of the game at this point?
  3. What's the point of reviewing a play when the final decision is wrong?
  4. I know a student-athlete (SA) who attends that university in Dallas which is hated by most on this forum. SA had to quarantine due to contact tracing. Right before and during quarantine, SA tested negative (rapid test) and then negative again (nasal swab test). Near the end of that quarantine, SA felt "allergies" were becoming more severe. SA went to be tested for third time and it was positive. That started a new period of quarantine. Before SA can start practicing again, SA must have EKG and blood work tested. If those results are normal, then SA takes a stress test. If results are normal, then SA is allowed to practice for a short period of time wearing a heart rate monitor on first day back. Then allowed to practice for a longer period of time on second day. SA then has to be medically cleared to participate in full length practices. SA is not a football player. I do not know the protocol for UNT or if there is a mandatory CUSA one. I hope UNT can keep the positive tests to a minimum because the quarantine process could have a huge impact on the season, especially if the odd situation happened as described above. Stay healthy!
  5. Maybe this was the result of contact tracing due to tackling practice drills? 😆All kidding aside, speedy recovery and minimal positive tests.
  6. TV Announcer: "There is no energy here looking at Seth Littrell. It's been about as bad of a half of football as he has had with this team" Shut up, just shut up!
  7. Seems like much less standing at the line-of-scrimmage and looking at the sidelines.
  8. Let me guess: UAB is a good football team. . . Need to get better in all three phases. . . Need to do a better job of coaching. . . Need to handle adversity. . .
  9. I am impressed with the number of UNT fans who are there (and have stayed)!
  10. Pointing out the obvious (which is negative) while watching the game results in positive responses (because it is the truth). Do the same thing, during the week, then expect to take a hard hit.

  12. Women are hanging in there with great defense. It's hard to score with so few scoring chances.
  13. From the article: "Westheinmer contributed $1.5 million toward construction of the venue in September. UNT does not currently have an on-campus golf practice facility. Maridoe Golf Club in Carrollton is the home course for both the UNT men’s and women’s teams." This is especially good news for the women's team, since they do not play or practice at Maridoe Golf Club and go to other courses in the area. That should be examined, Mr. Vito.
