I found what looks to be the source. http://ourtimes.wordpress.com/2008/04/10/oecd-education-rankings/ What is very interesting is that while the statement is true it is out of context. As the chart shows, the primary reason that Flyers statement is true is because of the relative high education of our 55-64 year olds compared to other OECD Countries.
