Here is my idea....Don’t send an email. Get the letter together and get lots of people to sign it. Strength in numbers. Need at least 1,000 people to sign it.  Get people to sign while tailgating.  Then, send it overnight and make sure they sign for it. Then monitor the latter. Let me know when to sign!

As an example, USM fired/let go their coach and then they won!

I believe in the following to increase donor level.

1)  The alumni association works very limited with athletes  Download the UNT Alumni app...no mention of athletes in any way.  We have the Pavilion during football games.  Most universities have the alumni center next to the football stadium and they Work Together!

2)  How many universities call their donor arm a “Scholarship Fund?”  P5 schools have a athletic “foundation “ which is a separate non-profit organization.  All or most of the money goes into the foundation and that’s how they get the facilities.  Are we at that point?  No, but we have never tried it.  The Scholarship Fund me sounds like a high school.  The idea is “perception” is everything.

This is what we should do in regards to getting the crowd pumped!

1). When the visiting team is introduced, each team member is greeted by the fans: a). Nice hair b) who’s that?  c) What’s that smell? d) who cares?  e) I one cares?  Been thinking about getting signs made for the students to show...any thoughts?

When our team is introduced, we turn on our “flashlight”  this looks really cool and gets the fans involved 

Before the team comes out from the tunnel, we start with the North...Texas ....chant.
