They enjoyed the Hub Club and the view from the Club seats (someone gave them to me) They said the game s*cked and who was the coach. One guy said he wanted to come back when it is cooler and we will. I have season tickets and have for about 14 years. We are all old high school buddies and we ran into some more old friends it was an enjoyable evening but that game............. As you can see I live in Cooke County so it is not far. We do not have anyone on staff but I am not sure it would matter. To say I am disappointed and still in shock would be an understatement. That was a pitiful game, just pitiful. I know UAB is good and they showed it but they are also classless, that long pass at the end of the game if that would not get folks fired up I do not know what will. Lackadaisical walk through zombie game everyone looked like they were in a daze and a full beat off throughout the entire game. GO MEAN GREEN WIN GAMES!!!

I brought 4 friends to last night"s game, none of them UNT grads. I was hoping they would see a good game and want to come back. What a cruel joke, that was the worse game I believe I have ever seen UNT/NTSU ever play and I have been to lots of them. From the git go, it was almost laughable. I don't know if you know it or not but we played against UAB's second team most of the night. Our offensive scoring is offensive, 18 points in two games, really. You are down by 24 and we run the ball up the middle over and over again, to no avail but we don't stop. When the quarterbacks threw the ball none of the passes were on target, pitiful. I have been a supporter of SL since the beginning, he has to go and go now. The only thing waiting will do is make us look weaker and weaker. We will be lucky if we stay in C-USA, I am not wealthy but I will give money to help buy out SL's contract! GO MEAN GREEN!!! WIN GAMES!!!!!!!

When you look at the TOTAL picture we are in a pretty damn good position. We need to win more games and show the we are willing to continue our commitment to grow our athletic Department with upgraded facilities where needed, increase funding, maybe add Baseball and an increase in participation from our incredibly huge alumni base. Winning will make all of this much easier. Basketball is doing its part it is now time for football to do the same. GO MEAN GREEN!!! WIN GAMES!!!!!!!

The MWC has some cool destinations, San Diego, Colorado Springs, Denver, Fort Collins, heck if you like the outdoors you can't beat the destinations. I live 60 miles north of Dallas and I do not get coverage of UNT football (even smuT) in the DMN until Monday and that is with a 6:00 PM local kickoff. I can still stay up "late" and watch the games at least a few more years. I too have been advocating the MWC for a while. Bring some friends with us and travel will not be any more than it is now. We can't always get what we want be sometimes (maybe) we can get what we need. GO MEAN GREEN!!! WIN GAMES!!!!!!!

What I saw Saturday gave me hope, but then again what I saw Saturday was the SOS. Long scoring plays by the other team. We could end up the year at 6-6 ok but I truly expect more. I guess that is my problem. GO MEAN GREEN!!! WIN GAMES!!!!!!!

Both schools have good academics and each one has areas of expertise. That being said the diversity of programs offered by UNT and the diversity of students far exceeds that of smu. UNT is a superior school in my opinion but then again I might be biased. The wheel does turn and I believe it is going to continue turning in our direction. GO MEAN GREEN!!! WIN GAMES!!!
