Skladany is the best DC we have had in the last 20 years by far I may be misremembering, but I feel like maybe there was a decent season with Reffett and a decent season with PB but the rest have been awful.

The starting point for this defense was awful and they lost the best players from that awful defense. This bad defense was just sitting there waiting to happen.

The personnel on the defensive side of the ball needs so many upgrades. WOW

Will it? Texas really only cares about OU and they’ve dominated A&M historically. The Texas fans I know haven’t really cared about the Aggies very much. It’s pretty one sided.

I didn’t say they do. My point is just that even some of the “big boys” whose uniforms have seemed untouchable have felt the need to give a little on this aspect of recruiting.

I actually think we're making a bigger deal out of the student fee thing than it is. They already get $14M from student fees compared to our $13.2M. It was a "no" to an increase, not a "no" to student fees.

Even Ohio State and Michigan have used alternate uniforms. USC has even teased a potential change to theirs on a recruiting weekend.

Thais is certainly the game I hate to lose the most. And I had kind of forgotten how even the series has been.

Always sign the best athlete. I don’t care if they’re high school, transfer, or didn’t touch a football until last week. I’m all in for anyone who makes this team better. If they make next year’s team better, I don’t care if they transfer at the end of next season. That’s just going to be part of life in today’s college football. You just have to have a pipeline ready to go so you have the next guy ready.

I’m pretty sure coordinators here have been on 2 year deals.

I hope UH challenges this and tells the NFL to go kick rocks.
