First year in 20+ that I'm hesitant to pull the trigger on renewing my 4 season football tickets. Tired of never "winning the big game", tired of "it's about me", and "show me the money". Very little or no loyalty to "the team or school". Maybe I'm too old to be a college football/basketball fan.....

So this affects only those whose Season Tickets were in the sections being changed to seat back configuration?

Let's see who they can resurrect. At some point money doesn't buy the glory you seek.

I would venture there are several people who are asking the same question. I always thought the main function of "The Super Pit" was Basketball. Guess I was wrong. But you would THINK that after the last couple of years the Administration or whoever runs the facility would blank out the last week or two after BB season in case of post season play. But once again I'm wrong.

Dale Hansen when talking about UT football would play that clip. If I'm not mistaken UT finally asked him not to show it when referencing UT Football. Everybody in the State of Texas knows the refs gave that game to UT.

I'm thinking because of NIL and "The Portal" for many G5"s it might be a couple of games into the season before you see where a team is headed. I'll say again...6 wins is a must for Eric or NT didn't move forward.

You are correct...its your opinion. My opinion is the state of college athletics is directly related to the bad decisions made by the NCAA and the incompetence of their legal team. But hey...its all good! It will be good entertainment watching college athletics as we know it implode.

NIL sucks. All the NCAA has done is create a Semi-Pro league with no accountability to the University, NCAA, or for the individual athlete. The Holy 'Buck' now rules! . No loyalty to the school or fans. It's all about "SHOW ME THE MONEY"! Lol PS..THE PORTAL SUCKS TOO!

Next year's class looks great. Unfortunately, those who excel will hit the portal. It seems if your in the G7 league and star..the P3's will be knockin on your door with that bag of cash. You'll re-boot every year. That's just the semi-pro league reality..

He never verbally committed to any other school. He visited several but I can't find where he "Verbally Committed". Plus I believe he received his Bachelors Degree and would of been a Graduate Transfer. I have no problem if you graduated and are wanting into a Graduate Program elsewhere. Please correct if I'm wrong. But it's MY opinion...I don't like the fricking Portal and damn sure don't like the NIL.

Why would you want someone back after he has shown you he has NO loyalty to you, your team or school. As for all who left thru the portal... Don't let the door hit you in your ass on the way out. IMO...Loyalty plays a huge part in success of any endeavor.

I like bowl games. I could care less if there are 10 or 100000 in attendance.

Yea....I thought he transferred here under the assumption he was the "1" Starter. This is the result of "Growing pains" for Morris. Add the NIL and "The Portal" it was going to be a mess anyway.
