I might get trampled with down votes here, but has there been any mumbling about Aune returning for his last year of eligibility in 2023?

Like the general consensus here, I think we are in a good position to clinch a spot in the conference championship game, but I'm not holding my breath on UTSA losing twice. UAB looks totally beatable, but we have to take care of business, too. Hopefully the fans show up next week. A big win in front of a good crowd could give this team the momentum needed to win out through the regular season and put on a good game at the Alamodome December 2.

Maybe it's a good thing the schedule gods didn't put Charlotte on our docket this year.

Watching the demise of Rodgers and Brady this year has been the highlight of the NFL season for me, a fan of the 1-5-1 Houston Texans.

UTSA would be the biggest crowd in either building, but I want to host. Not sure it is in the budget to make another road trip this year. It would probably have to be either the conference championship or bowl game, and Seth is a combined 0-6 in those.

I think a lot more than that hasn't been called before, so I'm not gonna mope about the push-off. And of course my Stadium feed went out for the 4th down play. I am pissed that we didn't just fall on the ball on the kickoff. Would have placed us at at least the -30 with 15 seconds left and a couple of timeouts. Even though they would have been in a prevent defense, needed to give Shorter, Gumms, or Burns another chance. Each guy had at least 46-yard reception on the day. Because just like the UNLV game, we need the opponent to find the end zone first before we start doing anything. We can't get a stop and take advantage. Nor can we take advantage when we get the ball back to start the half.

Yeah the student section started filing out after that three-and-out (or was it a four-and-out) with 2 minutes to go, but I think we still had all of our timeouts? I said no way!!

How do you get to D-I and can't even scoop up a damn football.

I am so tired of us having to respond to opposing touchdowns instead of taking advantage when our defense does get a stop.

How many TDs have our opponents dropped this year?
