  1. I'm interested to see if he brings in another WR coach, just because you typically see an inside and outside WR coach on air raid staffs.
  2. I'm just saying. We could hire Paul Brown as HC, Bill Walsh as OC, and Bill Belichick as DC and it wouldn't be good enough in your eyes. Good lord, everybody is really tired of your incessant bitching on every thread and every topic. We get it. RV is the devil. Seth Littrell Sucks, our assistants suck, our players suck, UNT sports suck. We really get it
  3. But has he had at least 5 winning seasons as a head coach in pop warner, junior high, high school, junior college, division III, division II, FCS, NAIA, division I aa and division I? Has he recruited in the barren wastelands of Tatooine and know the struggles of having to walk to school uphill both ways in the snow, on his hands, with a 100 pound backpack strapped on him? Did he get an A in home economics? Can he pull apart a Colt M1911 blindfolded and put it back together in a minute? If he can't do all this, he isn't qualified for the struggles that UNT presents.
  4. All these QB's are decommitting and/or transferring because they heard Seth Littrell is the new conductor and under his watch THE MEAN GREEN HYPE TRAIN DON'T STOP
  5. Littrell also followed Erik Slaughter, DL coach from West Virginia on Twitter. So he could be a possible candidate too
  6. He was the defensive coordinator at Indiana in 2012 when Littrell was there. Wouldn't be surprised if we brought him in. Good experience at the FBS level.
  7. Dear God I hope he hires a competent one. Recruiting sure as hell didn't help our case, but our guys look so small, weak, and slow compared to when Wintrich was here
  8. Something tells me 3/4 of the people on GMG won't understand this reference
  9. I said B+ because I think he will greatly change the look and feel of the offense and recruiting. I am worried about his defense and what it will look like. Frankly I don't give a damn if we win every game 50-49, just as long as we win. That being said, I would prefer some experience and aggression(Manny Diaz comes to mind) when it comes to the defense. We will see.
  10. Good to know. Hope he was meeting other staff members too
  11. This article gives a good analysis on our new head coach. Shows a good breakdown of how he's affected offenses at his last three schools. http://www.underdogdynasty.com/2015/12/11/9890776/meet-north-texas-head-coach-seth-littrell
  12. Brandon Shelby looks interesting. Only Secondary coach, but a good amount of experience in different places including fcs and fbs. Could be connected to Littrell through OU and Indiana. http://iuhoosiers.com/coaches.aspx?rc=1161&path=football
  13. Always cracked me up seeing other playcallers with these massive play sheets and complex calls, while Leach would be on the sideline with a notecard that had 15 plays scribbled on it
  14. Would love to have him back, great recruiter and has some FCS DC experience.
  15. Yeah it is an exciting time. Harry touched on this before, but how Mac turned a strength(our walk-on program) into a recruiting crutch(I think something like 27 of our players are/were walk-ons) was a middle finger to the program. I think scheme more than anything will turn us around, but it might hit a few rough patches with our overall lack of talent.
  16. It didn't exactly hurt Ohio St. this year lol
  17. I'm just saying, outside learning under AARON RODGERS(not exactly detrimental) for a couple years, Harrell has literally played or coached the exact same system his entire career. He has a solid working knowledge of how it works and should be run, but you know, that probably has nothing to do with his ability to execute that system.
  18. I'll just leave this here: http://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/graham-harrell-1.html
