  1. Idk if I'd want him too. The less for defensive linemen to hold on to for sacks the better
  2. Good lord I think yall need to temper some expectations here. Some of yall are like "Wow we got FIVE 3* recruits? Littrell is football Jesus! A+". And on the opposite end of the spectrum we have "Wow he didn't sign any 5* recruits? Littrell sucks ass". Damn people. Chill out. He had limited resources, and did decently with that he had to work with. There is no cure all in recruiting for sucking ass as a program for 40 years. He got guys to fit his system. He evaluated the talent we could get to fit his system. He could've done better, but I have no doubt he did better than what Mac could've done this year. Let's wait and see what the system looks like on the field.
  3. Still at a B+ for me. I like the recruits for the most part. Nothing matters until they produce on the field
  4. If he coaches like Belichick he could walk up to the microphone and fart in it every time he has to address the media for all I care
  5. Good man. Terrible coach. Struck gold with Philip Rivers(obviously not everyone is an NFL caliber QB). I think he tried to play to the QB's strengths that Mac would allow him. Graham Harrell played in the system, knows the physical/mental requirements to play QB in the system because he did it himself. It makes him infinitely more attractive as a QB coach.
  6. Apparently Graham Harrell likes this kid a lot. I think Graham Harrell knows a thing or two about what it takes to be a QB in an Air Raid offense. But maybe that's just me.
  7. Sounds like daddy's trying to relive his glory days through his son. Sad.
  8. This is great news. One thing Littrell and staff are showing is they want guys with speed. This team is getting an immediate boost in terms of speed on defense, as well as guys who will contribute on offense. With Ejiya and Johnson you're getting two linebackers that run a 4.5 40. Love it
  9. So it gives you essentially a pseudo 5 man front if there is a TE? So the line would shift away from the strong side and bring down the Star to cover the TE? At least that's how I think I'm reading that.
  10. Nah. Lou's and Tavern were my two particular watering holes. Usually started off at lous and finished at Tavern, had a buddy who was the door guy so I never had to wait in line. Mainly the reason why I went there all the time. That just happened to be the football team's bar of choice
  11. Article is graphic: http://espn.go.com/espn/otl/story/_/id/14675790/baylor-officials-accused-failing-investigate-sexual-assaults-fully-adequately-providing-support-alleged-victims I think the part that bothers me the most are the quotes. "There is nothing we can do because the assault happened off campus" Christian in name only. They clearly worship the almighty dollar over anything else.
  12. Every time I was at Fry he was always there. Especially at Tavern, buying shots for what one would consider his "bitches" as he usually had a gaggle of questionable life choices in mini skirts following him around. So to say I'm surprised this hasn't happened more often is an understatement.
  13. It has to be Johnson. At least based off this list. Obviously everybody wants Morris(or anyone for that matter) to kick ass and take names at the QB position, but our defense was so incredibly bad, there can't be anywhere to go but up.
  14. I like it. Staff is versatile, good P5 and G5 experience. Good mix of age and youth. I think we'll be alright this season, and for many to come
  15. Kinda reminds me of the whole Mac quote saying "When I got here we had the slowest, smallest team in FBS, Florida, Iowa, Florida" and then went out and won a bowl game with those small and slow players. Just goes to show if you get the right kids that will fit your system, you can win, regardless of size/speed/star ratings.
  16. See Mike Leach and his notecard for an air raid playbook. Simple, but run to perfection every time.
  17. Caleb Chumley is 6'5" 240. And by all accounts he is a horrible QB. I don't think people understand what Littrell and staff are doing here. Their recruits have speed and they have versatility. Littrell is finding athletes and will be plugging them where he needs them. You can't teach speed, you can teach everything else.
  18. Locust Grove is less than an hour away from Muskogee, Seth Littrell's hometown.
  19. Maybe they feel like they have a guy already on the roster?
  20. I'm from the Permian Basin and came to UNT because I wanted to get the F*** out of the desert.
  21. I saw that. Kept arguing with him. He said to come up to Littrell and ask if the staff was amateur, I replied and said every head coach the current AD has hired has a record of 31-78. Seems pretty amateur to me.
