This really makes me want to scream at the clouds. Like I do not understand how a league can get so many bids and do so badly at the tournament. It should show more based on what FAU did tonight.

This is his own branding, so it makes sense he can't use North Texas logos, etc. As stated, let's show him some love! I assume he gets a decent part of the profits.

They announced over the PA it would be Sunday as we were leaving the Pit. Not sure what time though.

I got blasted for calling out Abou several weeks ago, but he is just too inconsistent. Waaaay too many easy shots missed. Sissoko may be raw, but he looks better than Abou right now...

I know. That's what's got me feeling better about it. Even though they aren't quite as good as previous years, how would a win like that help earn us talk? Also, could be a little vindication from the big dance when they smoked us.

I am actually feeling a lot better about NIT. First, our bracket is totally beatable, then if we can win after that, there are some good teams in the NIT. We would potentially go through OSU and Villanova (if they make it out of their bracket). This could really give us a chance to earn some respect.

Man, this is exactly how I feel, such bratty, pretentious, pompous behavior. Been talking to my brother about Texas Tech doing this also. They think they are too good to be in the little ole NIT. Well....their record states otherwise...

One other infuriating thing I found out at the game last night is the tip that you leave does not go to the person that is helping you. It goes straight to their supervisor. Not sure what happens after that. Very wrong. Not sure whose policy that is, but it is terrible.

My Mom was watching NBC 5 and they were at either the UAB or Charlotte game! She didn't record it, but called and told me.

This is it. It's all about seeding for the tournament. CUSA will only get 2 bids if FAU loses in the championship or doesn't make it. This game essentially "counts as 2" because we win, we are up on UAB by 3 games with a pretty easy schedule left. If we lose, they close within 1. Bottom line...just win, baby, win!
