  1. So hard to read these forums. Last year we have a great year and everyone praises Mac, this year we lose a ton of starters and play teams having good seasons. Relax yall. I wouldn't count out Mac so fast.
  2. http://www.meangreensports.com/sports/m-footbl/spec-rel/061814aaa.html Makes me sad. We were good at getting under players skins without using foul language.
  3. Congrats again to my Cuzzo @KOBI_48 on that AFL contract one step closer to the NFL god is good know he gonna ball out in Portland — YoungSergeIbaka (@Emmanuel_ElDios) February 16, 2014
  4. I've been a student for 4 years. Freshman and sophomore year basketball program was good, football was bad. As football improved basketball declined. Is this how small schools usually work? I noticed the good CUSA teams in basketball weren't good at football
  5. ^ You should join the mean green club
  6. Been keeping up with his twitter. Looks like he is leaning more towards Houston. (50_unrated)
  7. UNT recieved 2 votes for USA Todays final Top 25 poll http://espn.go.com/college-football/rankings
  8. Ended up getting Top 25 votes in the final AP poll. Wow.
  9. I was able to shake Trice's hand and gave him a quick "Thank you for everything you have done for our football program, I better see you on Sunday's" and he thanked me. It was pretty cool. Also, I shook Brock's hand and said, "You're starting next year and bringing us back here, right?" and he genuinely said "Absolutely"
  10. I love looking through their posts on their forums about the game next year and seeing "NTSU" "NTS" "North Texas State" etc. Shows how ignorant their fan base is that they don't even know what we are called! Plus, while I love all the old timers on the forums, there are also a good number of students on here, and it's obvious students aren't on their forums, because most wouldn't even know about NTSU. Reflects the student interest in their program, and reflects the number of student butts in their seats.
  11. Towards the end they started letting people down, but I was on the aisle in section 22 right by the front of the field. First we had alumni screaming at us we would get arrested if we rushed, then when the game ended we had people pushing forward, and the kid in the front got pushed back up, but the cop was screaming at him and when he went to push the kid ducked and got punched in the face. Someone jumped over next to the cops and was immediately grabbed and thrown back into the wall where they made him go back over. Some kids from the end zone were on the field by now, and the cops turned, and someone jumped, and shoved the cop over and ran towards the center, the cop got up, grabbed his tazer and ran out towards the middle and tazed the kid and brought him back. I moved to the middle of the row, not next to the stairs and jumped and ran, but before i got to the mob in the middle I saw a kid juke a cop who fell, and the cop pulled out his tazer but I'm not sure if he actually used it because by then I was squeezing my way as close to the middle of the mob as possible.
  12. The admin tower is on campus so it makes sense that it's lit for students
  13. Guys. They did it. Take it all in. I have been a fan for the past three years, so I can't even imagine how it must feel to older fans. But this has been such a dream, goal exceeding, perfect season. The uniform changes were awesome, the players were awesome, the season had unexpected successes, passionate losses, but all ended in a perfect way. It still doesn't feel real. Go. Mean. Green.
  14. Texas A&M has only played home games so far?
  15. You can respect the Armed Forces and be thankful for their service, but most young enlisted sailors I've met (my cousin and all his friends ive met over the years) are mostly a bunch of loud cocky disrespectful assholes haha
