  1. Dang, I'll likely have to make some trips to East Side in order to watch some of the away games, but overall I can't really complain given our record last year.
  2. I'm really digging this new look. Nice work!
  3. All I know is I'm glad that my gf made the decision to skip that mass ceremony. We instead had a get-together with family and drank beer. 10/10 would skip again.
  4. I sat up under the club level to get some shade and eventually moved further down as the game went along. Definitely a good experience overall as it was the first spring game I've been to. Now counting down the days until SMU...
  5. I can't imagine that AT&T stadium would be a very fun place to see a concert at.
  6. Awesome! I didn't think I'd actually be looking forward to having to sit through that ceremony. Touche' UNT.
  7. Like some of the others, I'm looking forward to seeing 4 in state opponents, as well as a trip to Ruston that I'll definitely be taking. Oh and it being football season always means that it's also volleyball season, and volleyball games are hella fun, plus we usually win.
  8. The only real redeeming aspect for me is that I can at least rest assured that this will indeed be McNulty's last year. Just imagine being told 2-3 years ago that he would likely be the starting QB in 2015...
  9. It's not the worst venue ever, but it does feel like you're sitting in nothing more than a large gymnasium.
  10. Hey now don't be hatin' on Laverne, I love her on Orange Is The New Black. It's become one of my favorite shows over the last couple years.
  11. Looking forward to meeting everyone for the first time only moments before we're expected to act as a cohesive unit! But really though, I'm very excited for next week. What would be a good time to show up btw? First time participant here.
  12. Just registered last night and will be playing. Here are my stats for those involved with the player draft: Age: 25 Height: 6'1 Weight: Not much BBall experience: Haven't played in the last 4 years. BBall skill: Let's just call it rusty
  13. So yeah, not really happy with the schedule either, but I am at least looking forward to the following: - Playing at SMU will be a fun atmosphere and hopefully a good game - There are two other away games I could realistically make it to (La Tech and Southern Miss) - Portland St is........there - UTEP? - Whatever.
  14. Had a blast at the game, albeit a little nerveracking. I did overhear a Rice fan yell out "I hate losing to stupid schools!!" His tears were delicious.
  15. So I'm actually in Houston right now, and am going to the game tomorrow. I don't really know why I chose this one to come to, we'll see how it goes. I will say that NASA was pretty sweet though.
  16. So anyone have a guess as to the ratio of UNT to UTEP fans tonight? 60:40?
  17. Happy to see the Ducks win, and also happy to see Alabama lose. The SEC sure has been hurting this bowl season. Quack quack!!
  18. Longhorns had like 59 total yards of offense last night against Arkansas. Christ. This has been a tough season to watch as a t-shirt Horns fan.
  19. I think he chose to where red because of wear he's at. It wouldn't make cents not two.
  20. I was at the Independence Bowl. There were many more fans there than what those pictures showed (as they seem to had been taken pre-game, and the middle of halftime), plus most fans were on the west side of the stadium. Still not packed by any means whatsoever, but not as bad of a turnout as I had expected. Not a bad game either!
  21. The confidence number represents the actual number of points you'll receive for a correct pick. 39 being most confident, 1 being the least confident.
