1- I was assuming that these particular grievances were aired on blogs among other things. 2- Umm.. yeah. I guess. 3- I don't remember disputing this. 4- I imagine that I would have just enough energy to air out how bad we suck and will always suck on a FORUM. 5 and 6- I certainly hope so. Oh.. Since when does being realistic, lump you into being unrealistic (rainbows, sunshine, etc)?? Hahaha... Rage is a strong word. Cowboys fans across the state relate to this line of thinking. My point is- if this is the best and most invested of our fan base, we have more than just the problems that have been suggested thus far. Deep breaths.

And maybe "how to be a winner" isn't such a distant concept to me being that we won 2 weeks ago. Not true. This is inaccurate. In D1& 2- you can play 2 contests or less than 20% of the season and still redshirt per NCAA rules.

I thought it was understood that Charlie Weis and Bergland werent bffs.... Didnt he run into some headline drama that Kansas did not like also? I dont think ANYONE but his team could gage him at this point being that noone has seen him play a college game. Theres obviously a reason for that somewhere...

Oh... and Penn St has a 5 star rated QB who had an offer from AL... kinda different scenario.

Harry is exactly right. You can't throw an unprepared freshman quarterback on the field, risk damaging his confidence just to appease a curious "what if" scenario... it goes back to the phrase that sports is 80% mental. If anything, the staffs protectiveness of him may speak volumes about what they expect him to do in the future. If he couldn't hack it, he'd be RS. He's just not ready. YET.

I thought I phrased this pretty clearly, but I'll reiterate..... THIS POST WAS AIMED AT PEOPLE MAKING LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS POSTS (Such as the ones I mentioned) that are nothing short of counter-productive to ALL. Including new fans, our athletes and future recruits. Venting, I get. Being melodramatic... just NO. Pedigo Oil? Not unless my other half is holding out on me. No one is challenging any loyalties, faith or if you bleed green... Congrats on being a great fan. But, one has to wonder what the point of it all is if 2 games into the season you throw in the proverbial towel and make horses ass statements that you can't undo...? Or maybe it's that some people just like pot stirring and the look of their thoughts on the screen. Whatever. Do we even retain any of the staff or players that we had 20 years ago? 10? Just saying.
