Tears shed. Came to UNT out of high school from Pennsylvania after not even knowing this school existed, and man, the good Lord used those four years at UNT to change my life. Didn’t think I’d be able to see a championship other than the CBI in my lifetime. So proud of this team and the incredible coaching staff, and yet so bummed that Tech would be considered a better place to be for a coach who’s done and seen so much improvement in only 6 years here! I wonder what dollar amount would’ve convinced him to stay.

As a student (and music major), it's hard to get hype with the band. The band should be in the wing zone so acoustics are better and can be enjoyed by all. I'm also from where Penn State is and another thing that would always hype the student section up is better audio selections on third down and such.

I completely disagree. Coming from a guy who attended all the Penn State football games last season, they're a little soft! They need more music and they need the music to be louder. Much louder. If you want a hype student section, you'll play even more music and make it louder!
