  1. As much as I am a proponent of the active promotion of UNT Athletics around town, if anyone eer tried to sell stuff through the UNT On The Square, I'd openly revolt. That space as an art gallery, music venue, etc. is a perfect godsend to my type of people. If anyone would try to change that I'd be pissed. That said, an ad should roll in its vertical poster bill presentation.
  2. I'd be down and don't mind asking Rob if I can open the Pavilion for us all. I do think we should do it sooner though.

  4. This is one of the most humanizing takes on this growing mythos that is Jonathan Manziel. I feel I must go read more Wright Thompson articles now.
  5. Oh, come on. I'm sorry, but I'm fed up with this attitude.
  6. Oh I know, and he's a highly distinguished alumni and has been continuously recognized by the university for such. I just found the phrasing in Vito's article to be interesting, not noting Ryan's status. ---- #ObligatoryIdon'texactlylikeBrintRyanforreasonsI'vestatedelsewherebefore #end
  7. This seems like something much more viable and appealing for UNT once the new hotel is up.
  8. I would hope that Brint would have already been contributing, considering he's the Vice-Chairman of the freakin' Board of Regents.
  9. They're also looking for a Facilities & Events Coordinator. jobs.unt.edu folks.
  10. I'm not sure I can take the word of anyone who has published a book called "Swing Your Sword".
  11. Not after a minor drunkenly falls off a house balcony two stories and gets critically injured.
  12. I'm so going to miss the dreads. Speaking of hair - I know this guy has since cut it like Trice, but damn, what golden locks.
  13. Hear, hear. Seriously. Nothing but love for Ruston.
  14. Eh, looks like we have at least a few fans out there. http://www.cbssports.com/collegefootball/blog/eye-on-college-football/22930702/2013-conference-predictions
  15. Are the potential for anti-trust lawsuits and legislative retribution from Congress (haha) suddenly off the table? I heard a lot about that when the split first started coming up a few years ago...
  16. Dude! John was telling me that East Side is going to specialize in a selection of 50 different whiskeys to distinguish itself from OSDH&CP (by the way, how awesome is it to own two bars in town less than a block from each other??). So with OSDH&CP, East Side Social Club, the newly opened Mulberry St. Cantina which specializes in dozens of different tequilas, plus the ever amazing finisher that is Paschall's, how can we ever go wrong with drinks in this town again?!? (like we ever did, though, I am looking at you Public House and Treehouse...) Niche forever!
  17. Well this is a turn of events. But then again... you would pick... the deep snapper. Kohls it up, bro!
  18. Mmm. Made sure to correct the author on Coker being the only one with a NC ring on his hand.
