Ok now I have no idea.... I have still not gotten a respoonse from the tech guys...... The AD did say it would be available, but if the link does not get updated!?!?? All I can say is if you do subscribe send the tech department an email, maybe that will get them moving.

I saw that this morning. I think it is because yesterday they had the wrong date and the link expired. I did let the AD know about it, and to make sure, I emailed the XOS tech support this morning. The game still shows to be available throught Meangreensports.com premium on another website for the company that promotes the games. collegesports direct

Meangreensports.com Premium shows that the game will be webcast for viewing, but for some reason they have today's date listed as game day..... It will be shown....just got verification....Akron is a partner school so we will have the feed.....they will get the incorrect date fixed. Perfect time to join for those who have not.....only 10 bucks a month XOS at xostech.com is the company the AD works with......their website lists all of the partners. Also listed are: LA. Lafayette Arkansas State I guess we get to watch those too, if you don't travel...

I don't know if this has been posted yet, but Akron has a service similar to what Tulsa did last week to watch the game on your computer live. here is the link Akron Zips video service

You know I was kidding, but if that Tulsa game had happened here, I'm sure you might have had a few choice words on the play calling and god forbid a coach would walk by on their way to the sideline.........round 2 You know it's a unique situation we have at NT when you can mention fans on the podcast like silverEagle, Firefightingrick, Emmitt, Medpilot etc. and everyone seems to know the person or know of the person. We'd all like the program to improve and for the fan count to grow, but you gotta love the small town feel of the characters in the fanbase. You know for the off week I'd like to get FFR involved to tell a few stories.

matt showed me this.......go into options then performance in your windows media player and set the buffer speed to about 30. close the media player, then reopen the link to the clips. It takes longer to load, but it does work better. They need to fine tune the feeds.

I just subscribed to the premium to try it out....... The seven minutes of Highlight footage with George and Hank dubbed over the plays is worth the $9.95....... Seeing the plays again, I'm seeing things I didn't see the first time, like the fact that Seidle's fumble was caused by a hit by Brandon Jackson trying to throw a block......no big deal...... Several other key blocks by Nwigne, and one later on by Seidle, I believe, that absolutely drilled a guy and sprung Quinn. GREAT 7 minutes of footage!!!!!

I',m just glad there is so many tailgaters that you had trouble finding one in particular. You used to just be able to tell someone look for THE tent........... The Beerman was a nice site too......

Thanks guys for the feedback!!! We are still taking suggestions on what people want to hear in the coming weeks. We plan to do reviews of the past week's game as well as a preview of the next opponent. We will also do a rundown on the conference standings. As things progress and especially during offweeks we plan on doing a few guest segments as well as interviews. The next installment will probably be out on Sept 6th. After that we hope to have them out on Mondays or Tuesdays. Keep giving us suggestions and topics!! Thanks again Oh, and as far as our jumbotron, it was on, but it had that same "North Texas" screeensaver up for the whole scrimmage. The refs were practicing, and the sunbelt officials were practicing play reviews. It looks like they made a booth out of the far south end of one of the add on suites on the home side. I'm not sure, but that might be where the reviews were coming from. The speaker set up would have been helpful....It will be loud in Austin!!!

I hope the recruits are reading all this....Nobody in their right mind would want to play for a team that their fans have nothing better to do than spend half a quarter running around in the stands rehashing the actions of some poorly trained guy making minimum wage. I personally missed a nice catch by Jackson #49 because a fan came up from the lower section to give his take on the whole situation. At that point I could have cared less. The administration seemed to be taking care of it and they didn't need 30 fans coming up and putting in their two cents. At what point did this board totally lose it's focus? sheesh......

Monahans out past Midland Odessa also call themselves " Mean Green" . They are officially the Lobos. Last time we played in Las Cruces we stopped in Monahans and saw Mean Green signs all over the place

This part isn't run by the athletic department, but it still makes you wonder what you will get

There needs to be a catchy sound, maybe ringing the bell over the loud speaker in the Stadium or something like that, something that grabs attention maybe the Dark Mark. If they Rang the bell for a few minutes, it would kinda get everyone moving.

In the past they did not start taking out the monthly deduction until september, if I remember right.

Don't you guys have anything better to do than complain about not having the new UNT logo on the license plates, or is this just another excuse to take shots at the administration. It obviously takes time to change the logo on the plates......And of all of you that are here complainiing, how many actually have UNT plates?

Went to the OSU game, my first. The weather was great and despite the loss we had agreat time. Question for Coach S or anyone else who would know. Will they charge admission at every game or just for the tournaments like yesterday? The other thing to point out is that there is a playground for kids in the park where the softball field is, so if you have kids they can play while you watch the game. And for those of you that don't know how to get to Denia Parkk; Off of I-35 take the McCormick exit near campus, but go south. When McCormick dead ends, take a left and you can't miss the fields on the right. Also there is plenty of parking on the south side of the park, the lot on the north side is pretty small.

Let's all just drop it for now, we have plenty other things to talk about.

I'm waiting for sportscenter to see if they show the one where he tokk on the three guys and schooled them or the one where he took on two..............gotta love it
