    When Lebanc was hired I was hoping he would have some kind of recruiting connections for D-lineman from the Juco ranks. This didn't happen. Congrats to coach Lebanc and welcome to the SEC!

    I agree, are they never part of a rated class? I guess in some cases they may never be put on scholarship.

    What really SUCKS is the highlight of this basketball season is the firing of Benford. You think it is tough on us can you imagine being a player? Thanks to them for their effort!

    If we end up with a recruiting class of 25 instead of 18 that will make a yuuuuuge difference ! Having the blue shirts and pwo not guaranteed scholarships gives a lot of flexibility!

    Congrats to Ek! It is nice to see coaches move to P5 programs. Reffert at DC will be great. I also believe we need to bring in a young stud recruiter for LB coach! Call Zac now!

    Then that will mean no existing head coach unless it is a lower conference. Maybe like the Southland?

    Gotta live it to teach it. An undersized, overachieving NFL LB that was considered one of the top LB in the NFL would be perfect! Oh and an alum of Desoto and UNT!

    Hate to Loose Ek but this is a great idea. Really enjoyed Orr on BTG film study with our LB! Orr could also be a big plus on recruiting!

    I also think Cross should be the #1 option. He has consistently beaten P5 programs on their home court, he is very in touch with the local recruits both through schools and AAU. UNT attraction for him would be large pay increase, good facilities, and his family can stay local with having 3 kids. GMG

    Would like to see someone that has local AAU connections or maybe at least an assistant that does. Small college far away from the DFW area would be concerning.

    Buy out clause is not dictated by years and salary left on a contract. You may have a point of us not wanting to pony up a buy out!

    The beauty of Fine is whether he wins it or not you know he is working his butt off. That in turn will push the competition! Would like to see Issy start that will mean he is better tha Fine with nicer size. Red shirt the freshman. O'Hara also a back up.

    Benford $350k Cross $250k.. Last year fans said he would get a higher job and offer and he hasn't! If we can this is the man!
