How many HS coaches that have been hired never recruited? How many coaches have we had that refused to recruit? Recruiting is a young man’s game. Hope this enlightens.

I think he needs at least 1 and maybe 2 out of the TP. I have been a fan of Earl since his signing. Hate the term, but he seems like a gamer!

I'm all for hiring youth that has proven they can recruit with being mentored by experience staff. My concern is how much will NIL money play into commitments. I'm still a big proponent of the TP. GMG

No doubt they can get us in the door, now let's see if we can close.

If change happens it will have to come from successful schools with limited funds. Alabama , Auburn compared to Texas and Texas A&M funds is not even close. It is still too early to see the huge amount impact of NIL money. I believe the next big change will be to raise or not even have a scholarship limit or a staffing limit . I could also see scholarships go away, just pay me.
