  1. That's not fair. The man built Apogee and he and Dan won a bowl game in front of the biggest crowd yet. He did a lot of good things.
  2. He seems really ell spoken and articulate. Good interview.
  3. I just saw these and realized these were the first photos of the 3 new assistants under Boss Hodge that I recalled seeing. Enjoy. +1's are always appreciated 😉 Feel
  4. Of course we are all behind him. But that being said, he needs to produce. And he even said that he didn't see this as a complete rebuild and we had some good players already here.
  5. Four of our Athletes signed letters of intent: –McKinna Brackens-UNLV –Shadashia Brackens- North Texas –Cayden Story- HPU –Treyden Johnson- HPU LINK: https://freestonecountytimesonline.com/fairfield-eagle-athletes-recognized-at-end-of-year-banquet/
  6. Jordan has official visits set up this summer with Tulsa and North Texas, but right now he’s focused on leading Southlake to their first state championship ring since 2011. https://www.texasfootball.com/article/2023/05/30/new-dctf-three-star-jacob-jordan-still-works-like-he-doesn-t-have-any?ref=related_thumb
  7. Haha. Once the Buff bail, that conference is a heaping pile of dung in a shitty time zone. I seriously doubt SMU leadership will approve that move.
  8. We are starting to be included a lot more with TCU and SMU than we have in the past. I am speaking to high school coaches and players as well as camp selections. Not saying we will win all of those battles but we will land some. Under Seth, a lot of players just skipped Denton and hit TCU and SMU instead.
  9. He seems very confident. I think he’s going to be fantastic!
  10. 9. NORTH TEXAS MEAN GREEN A new coach always provides renewed excitement, but it also causes roster turnover. North Texas wasn’t immune. The Mean Green must replace expected returners such as defensive end Cam Robertson, linebacker Larry Nixon III, and wide receiver Jyaire Shorter. That’s not to mention breaking in a new quarterback and replacing the production of KD Davis, who graduated as the program’s all-time leading tackler. All while playing in a tougher conference. The good news is that the front half of the schedule is easier than the back half. read more: https://www.texasfootball.com/article/2023/05/15/post-spring-power-rankings-for-fbs-teams-in-texas?ref=article_preview_img
  11. Nice find. Enjoyed reading that.
  12. I feel bad for Wren. I really do. But his laissez faire attitude as an AD is proving quite problematic. There were a lot pf people telling Wren he needed to deal with forcing Huggins into retirement or just making a change. Wren policy is he never fires anyone and smiles a lot. This usually works well but not in this case.
