  1. I think you answered your own question. One of the reasons why he probably couldnt put on a lot of weight in HS is because he played in a low level HS in Oklahoma. Going to college should change that in a heartbeat. Again, I think we're trying to compare Fine to Patrick Mahomes or something. They're a lot of college qb's that are undersized. Riley was injury prone in HS, so again, I think that's a bad comparison. But I understand why you're worried about his weight. I just dont think its something to worry about, time will correct that.
  2. I have no issue with his size, again, we play in CUSA not the SEC or even the Big 12. People look for reasons to complain.
  3. I agree, hopefully he's doing work behind the scenes
  4. All I can say is that I couldnt get off until 5:30 and made it there by 6:15. Missed everything, when I walked around I saw max 10 people in their 20's not with the football team/ school.
  5. Look at the big picture. The minor details shouldn't overlook the quality of players that we're getting; Quality > Quantity.
  6. You have to go heavy Juco. As you just said, Macs 2012 and 2013 classes were horrible... Guess who's supposed to lead this team? Just because you have more 3* recruits doesn't mean you have a better class. Look at this team last year. Your safeties were your leading tacklers, that's not good. Our linebackers were terrible and they addressed that issue with 2 big linebackers, one juco and one hs. I don't think you can ask more from a coaching staff than that in a month. And a tiny high school?? Tonight, I was talking to Brelan and Trice. I'm 5'5 and they're just a couple inches taller than me. We've never been a big program.
  7. Wilson is a better recruiter than Littrell, those who didnt know that.. Now you do. Littrell will get more out of his players than Wilson. Getting a 4* recruit doesnt mean anything if you cant develop their skills. And UTSA was recruiting the whole time.. Unlike our coaches.
  8. Alright! Given the hand he was dealt, an A. He's done everything right. Grading his recruits, a B. It's still the best class we've had in 5 years.
  9. What about Johnson? And are we grading his twitter game?
  10. Sounds like you need some time away from the computer.
  11. If.......... Like I said, he is still currently a student, thus not making him an alumni because he hasn't (to my knowledge) graduated or is a former student. You're the one bringing Webster's in this, not me.
  12. Again, I'm talking about the timing of the offense, not the crime itself. So yes, maybe cocaine might have been a bad comparison but we're arguing semantics. I dont care if he's an alumni or not. Its about the person and he's not a good role model/ leader for this university/ program. I dont believe Carlos hasn't graduated yet... I wouldn't officially call him a alumni of the univeristy
  13. Most future employers wont ever know about a PI, thus not being realistic. They ask for felony's, not class C tickets. NFL isnt most employers, he is ruining his shot at the NFL. Just like getting caught with cocaine can ruin our future career opportunities.
  14. Carlos didn't think so. He always whines, complains and blames other people. I'm waiting to see what he says next.
  15. Talking about timing here, not the charge. Its February, if he's planning on going to the next level. Why is he out drinking at 4am? If he takes football seriously he would be training, not drinking. That's my point. Thank you.
  16. If you say so... Lets look at Randy Gregory. He was a projected first round draft pick. Tested positive for weed with other off the field issue; dropped to a second round pick. My theory that "off the field" issues hurt his chance for his next chapter stands true. There's no excuse for this.
  17. You guys are acting like he's a 18 year old kid. He's a 4 year player "preparing" for the next chapter in his life. There's no excuse for this. Its like you or me getting caught with cocaine before a job interview and the employers know about it.
  18. At least you're honest.
