I don't agree with their prognostication but they do have us winning two OOC games.

Let me answer paragraph by paragraph: 1)I too wish there was an applause smile... 2)I think every few years would be just about right. It could actually be made into something of an event because I think both teams are on their way up. As to SMU playing UT, go right ahead. I love watching SMU lose and I think it would take one half, maybe a full game, to put to bed any dillusions your fans have. 3)New stadium? 4)I think Willis was a fine quarterback in high school. And I'm glad he'll be your starter. A freshman at the QB position with few if any collegiate snaps can only help us...believe me I saw first hand how that turns out last year.

Has it not crossed anyone's mind that Phil Steele and the rest of these ratings services have to sell magazines, internet subscriptions, etc? Which teams do you think have the larger fan bases? Who would be most pleased to see every player that UT or Ohio State recruits ranked #1 or so? This, I suspect, is why a recruit goes from being a 3* when he wants to sign with us to being a 5* when UT swoops in and grabs him.

I agree 110%. Irrational hatred of SMU is my god given right. I don't care if it makes me look "petty" or "immature." Does OU look petty for hating UT? Does SMU look petty for hating TCU? No, they're rivals and they hate eachother. How can I not hate SMU? It's private vs. public, big school vs. little school, white collar vs. blue collar, good vs. evil.

Nebraska. Grew up watching Tommie Frazier, Scott Frost, Lawrence Phillips and and the blackshirts. Will never forget that game against Florida where Frazier broke like 32 tackles.

I can't believe he took a chance on this kicker we just signed. With our top flight football stadium, constant standing room only attendance, perpetual billionaire donors and complete and total lack of competition for recruits in this area he should have done way better. This is just unacceptable.

The kid's pedigree speaks for itself. There will be plenty of chances to take shots at DD, don't worry, but this aint one of 'em.
