And if I'm a coach this is exactly how I would gameplan it. If you allow a running back to get on track your night is officially over. With a mobile quarterback the other team has to at least throw in the occasional pass, plus you get the opportunity to tee off on a guy the size of a QB and not the size of a RB.

I'll slam DD and RF (especially RF) as much as the next guy but that's ludicrous. Up the gut plays allow you to go up top. That's always been the DD philosophy. And, when the defense believes you will throw up top(and RF called SEVERAL deep balls), they back up opening up the running lanes. All we saw last night was an offense that kept the defense moving up then backing up, then moving up, then backing up. Pounding the ball is an investment for late in the game.

If you had to be "surprised we weren't given game posters" or have to begin a sentence about spirit promotion with "for all I know" then you are FAILING. It's called pro-activity. You should know exactly what is being done to promote this game because you should have been on the ball weeks ago. If you're just now trying to gather some intel so that you can sheepishly defend yourself on the board then it is already too late. And since when was the Talons organization "given" posters to promote a game? Make them! Hell, we had table tents and door hangers made back BEFORE we were spoon fed $10,000 in student service fees. Think about that...no having to raise the money just having to raise your ass up off the couch.
