The confidence and belief these kids have with him is amazing.
You could tell he wanted that one bad.
No wonder they stomped Arkansas

Meanwhile,
UNT & Louisiana Tech are gearing up for a showdown next weekend that will put the winner in the driver's seat for the West Division Crown.
NT's REAL C-USA rival is Louisiana Tech.Agree. Ask who you would rather be associated with. La Tech or that junior college.
Its not even close. My hope is we’ll be moved on from them soon....

Been seeing this on social media.
I hope we can all see...UTSA’s real rival is TX State. NOT UNT.
UTSA and TX state are perfect for each other.

Isn’t Thursday night still the night to go out for students? Should be a great atmosphere for a party
The 8:30 start helps with traffic
You have 2 months to get a baby sitter
You have 2 months to adjust accordingly at work
Could be a big time matchup
No excuse for that stadium not to be rocking

I can see the post-game press conference now...
”Coach Littrell, what do you think went wrong?”
”All week long in practice I just couldn’t get the fans to focus on this game. That stuff will get you beat”
Ok that’s funny

It’s a catch 22. I’m so excited for the players that they’re getting the media attention and all the interviews.....
But I’m ready for them to stop.
I’ll say this....if (IF) we come out and dominate Liberty....wow I will be impressed with this staff and this team.
Everything about this game screams let down. We didn’t have a let down after SMU because UIW was just overmatched talent wise. Liberty will not be. Add to that all the attention
Color me nervous....

Maybe they pulled a starter....in the 3rd quarter.....before the extra point?
I'm not sure...

Eh. I can give Norm a break. He’s always been fair with our coverage and he’s a good guy. It was a senior moment. Total accident.
A friend of mine won a pass to sit in studio with him once and I went with him. He was the nicest, friendliest guy to us. He and Donnie both. And watching how he does his job was pretty cool. He’s a local legend. Norm gets a pass from me

Sounds like the Hardline is about to talk UNT

I heard A&M's offensive coordinator may be high on our list!

Norm was talking more along the lines of how many big programs got beat....put Arkansas in with Florida St and asked what the spread would've been 5 years ago. Donnie talked about the punt return.
BAD Radio was really complimentary. they were arguing both sides of the punt return debate. Bob said something along the lines of "it sucks....they can't even enjoy this season and they're having to get beat over the head with losing their coach. They don't talk much college football and even less UNT. I enjoyed what they had to say...
Both shows were quick to point out that the punt return was cool and all....but UNT dominated Arkansas.

UNT 48

One interesting name would be Jake Spavital. I don't think he'd be the first call, but he's got P5 experience and comes from the Leach tree, currently lighting it up with WVU and Will Grier.
Another name that's going to pick up steam is the OC from Ole Miss: Phil Longo
Love his offense. Strong recruiter. His offense at Sam Houston State was phenomenal

All of these great moments currently being collected at North Texas exist because the school narrowly did not choose a coach who would be pushed out at TCU and is now at Kansas.
In the fall of 2015, the North Texas coaching position was vacant, again, and the preference of the athletic director to fill the job was then-TCU co-offensive coordinator Doug Meacham. The UNT President wanted Seth Littrell of North Carolina.
