Some lack perspective. I was in school back in the Fry days and to see what we have now and the progress we have made in the past 10 yrs is just astonishing. RV has had some pretty bad hires...Dodge for example, but that is not as disturbing as keeping him on board as long as we did...that pissed me off...so we have to wait and see how Mac does, I'm thinking we will do better than expected this year, but if Dan doesn't beat UTSA or only wins 3-4 games, I personally would send him down the road. This situation would be telling, esp being beat by UTSA. So , I don't expect that to happen and I think Mac will do well...I sure hope so, he's a great guy. The last game I went to in Fouts was when we were hammered by Tulsa. I brought 2 people to the game, an TCU x and Texas x. Everything about that event was a disgrace...they even confiscated my friends umbrella's because they might be terrorist? I was pissed and said I would never go to Fouts again...and I didn't. I only started going to games on campus after Apogee was built, even though I went to out of town games. Fouts was just a big pile of sh**t, no way around it. Hopefully our admin and the AD have grown up...the future will tell.

So any thoughts on that game....me...Tx State gets a butt whippin

what a I saw was a qb who throws a nice ball, some large backs and what looked like a lethargic defense. They looked slow to me. We should be able to put up some points on these guys. Idaho's passing game is the only way they survive. They will wear down in this Texas heat as well....If we keep the passing game in check, should be a big win.

What the athletic dept needs to do (among many things) is give a 50% discount on a MG shirt when you buy season tickets...you get more people in green, makes season tickets more attractive and sell some of those overpriced shirts.

We turned down deals with the MAC and Sun Belt and have limited our bowls with CUSA and the MWC in order to distance ouselves from the likes of them. I sure understand your position...having to distance yourself from others...below you!!!.....Oh, and by the way....my maid went to UofH !!

Well, anyway u cut it, more bowl games for CUSA means more exposure for us...maybe more revenue down the road too. Oh yea, will help in recruiting !!

Well, the worse was throwing a 5 yr pass on 3rd, when we needed 7 for a 1st...you can't throw a 7 yrd pass when all you have to do is catch it for a first....that pissed me off.. At least 2 games last year were do to the ultra conservative play calling way to early in the game...then we got behind and that was that.
