  2. I didn’t feel the need to include the most recently completed season since it was in your post directly above mine. I disagree with the remainder of your post. Good programs survive coaching changes.
  3. Noland didn’t choose ABQ for national monuments, tramways or winter entertainment.
  4. Maybe he put the seat down. Again, the lesson to work hard and move up the depth chart is lost in these kids. It has become, “Don’t get what I want, move along to somewhere else”.
  5. Not surprised with Bradford and maybe a little with Farrar. Farrar wasn’t moving up the depth chart and Bradford is a headcase. We will be fine at RB.
  6. https://meangreensports.com/news/2024/4/21/mens-golf-allen-finishes-runner-up-at-aac-championship UNT senior Tucker Allen ended a great weekend at the American Athletic Conference Championship with his third round under par and a runner-up trophy as he finished the three-day event at 6-under par, two shots clear of third place, to wrap up his collegiate career. Allen was one of two golfers in the field to finish all three rounds under par with his 66-69-69 and entered Sunday's final round in a tie for first but ran into a buzzsaw in the form of South Florida's Jake Peacock, who fired a final-round 64 to separate himself from Allen and claim the championship.
  7. https://meangreensports.com/news/2024/4/22/softball-simon-awarded-aac-player-of-the-week Infielder Cierra Simon was named American Athletic Conference Player of the Week after she led UNT softball to five wins including a sweep at Memphis, the league announced on Monday. Simon finished the week with a .400 batting average (8-for-20), 11 RBI and 16 total bases including two triples and one home run. She added five runs scored and two stolen bases. For the season, the Crockett, Texas native ranks top 10 in the conference with a .352 batting average, four triples and 96 defensive assists, each are career-high marks for the junior.
  8. The kid would have to be blind, stupid or both to think we had a baseball program, so I find it odd that Morris would sell that lie and mar his reputation with future recruits. Plus, blind, stupid or both are poor QB qualities. I think he fell behind and wants a place where he has the opportunity to also play baseball in the event his football career doesn't pan out, which at this rate, it appears to be occurring.

  10. I was one that said it was a lateral move. My comparison is on court success. We should fill the SP and it should be rocking C.J. must like ugly women and limited access for fun as well.
  11. He’ll be on the move after this year.
  12. In a crappy state at a university that is known for? Have no idea what he wants, or Edwards, but thanks for your one year here. Now bye. Don’t really care if you fail or succeed.
  13. This stat will mean more when we finish with our class. Pretty ridiculous when we have lost five and signed one.
  14. I want players that want to win. Obviously, this isn't important to Edwards, or as important as the cash.
  15. He's getting NIL $$$. Did Rooobien graduate from NT? He was a big part of changing our culture and putting our program on the map. I will miss seeing him in green and following his Mom on Twitter/X. I wish him well, but won't be following Michigan. Never been a fan of any of their programs.
  16. I agree on Childers. She had lost the strike zone, and with it, her confidence. DeLong put her in situations to succeed and she looked like her old self today. It appears she gets in trouble trying to overthrow the ball instead of trusting what she has. He stuff is electric. Good to see her with a smile on her face after the game. Memphis is horrible. 99.9% of the mistakes they made were just from being lazy fielding the ball. Their coach has a good background, and this must be frustrating to her, but that roster needs an overhaul. They may have already given up on the season. The only player that impressed me in the field was their shortstop.
  17. I would like to thank the ladies for taking my advice. Great game. Could have scored four or five more runs. Savage was solid in the circle and Simon made a great play in the hole. Let's go sweep this. Need Childers to find her mojo.
  18. That call/rule is ridiculous. I would love to hear an explanation as to how they expect the fielder to make that play that would not result in that call. That, to me, was the turning point in the game.
  19. Win game one of the series 2-0. Need the bats to wake up.
  20. I didn't get this feeling from watching on ESPN+. Did it feel that way for you all that were there in person? Are we in awe, or are we just trying too hard and get off our game?
  21. Currently tied for eight with ECU after round one at +6. The leaders are at -3. The good news is that Tucker Allen is tied for first in the medalist race at -4. Our 3-5 players need to step up. I found it interesting that Diego Prone, our best returning player, didn't play the opening round.
