Here's hoping that some of you just didn't see this. We only have 3 teams, and need more before sunday's draft. This game wasn't ever close, and honestly it wasn't very entertaining to see us manhandling this team like we were. It felt more like an exhibition than a game. Anyway, with it being the last home game of the year and Senior Night, I would have figured to see more of a crowd. Even the Pit Crew was small in number. Was the game just not promoted well, or was it the fact that we weren't playing a Sun Belt opponent? Anyway, good to finally get on the winning side of things, but a downer to see so few fans attend the game. Good luck in the tournament Mean Green!

While Shelden Williams of Duke was shooting a free throw against Maryland on CBS, they said he had a little brother named Quincy who played for the University of North Texas. I totally did not know this!

I'm sad that I'm gonna have to miss this one, but I'll watch it on TV. Got a huge bio test in the morning that I'm freaking out about

I'm not sure it was true. I heard it from other people, and they seemed pretty sure of it.

Nvm on Sturns, doesn't look like he's going to be playing anymore. Apparently he managed to start a fight with everyone on the team at a restaurant, and didn't dress out for a game or something like that. I heard he's been kicked off the team.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing

I went to the Women's game tonight, and I really don't think that their team was any better than ours, but they found a way to win. I had fun playing the heckler role though Seeing that the men lost tonight is pretty darn depressing, especially with the 6-14 record that L-L has. Reminds me of the New Orleans loss earlier this season that I was still trying to erase from my memory. I'd like to think we're better than a .500 team, but the past two performances these guys have put out doesn't give me any reason to believe that.

You guys hit it right on the button with the playing out of control. I couldn't really think of how to explain that whenever I made the initial post. He's still got two years to go, and I think that this problem will iron out eventually. I expect him to have a solid senior season.

I'm a freshman, and new to this board, but I've been to 6 games this year in the Super Pit. I know he comes off as a bit of a show-off with his no-look passes and pulling up for jumpers a little too often, but I think this guy really has star potential above anyone else on the team. I don't think I've seen a single player on the court this year that is half as quick as Michael, or that brings half as much energy on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. He always seems to be the first person down the court and always seems to want the ball. I've been really impressed by him, and although I think his midrange jumper needs work, I think that Sturns will reach the star status that KD or JS has right now by the time he's a senior. I was curious what other Mean Green fans thought of him, and was curious as to where I could actually buy a Pit Crew shirt.
