    This should be priority number one before we move to the AAC. Does anyone have any idea when the athletic center expansion, additional weight room, and locker room redesign is supposed to happen? Because our locker room is worse than many FCS schools, the IPF is nice but it's only a part of the equation and we need this addressed ASAP. If I remember correctly the locker rooms were remade in 2018 I have no idea why we cheaped out so much. SMU and Arkansas State had there's renovated around the same time and there difference is staggering. It's hard to find video of the lockers (wonder why?) but there is a small shot of them at 0:58 in the video below, along with video of ASU and SMU's locker rooms.

    Why do we have the absolute worst media/graphics/video department in all of FBS? It's shocking how little content we get from Mean Green sports.

    I was under the impression he only came here after recruiting sanctions at Ole Miss, I don't know where the hell I got that idea from. Several years as a P5 coach before landing here, this is the least surprising exit IMO.

    My fault, I thought for sure he was here during SL's first year. Him and Rashaad Samples were actually 1 and 2 on my wish list, but I knew it was unrealistic.

    I think it's a given that Clements will be gone to a P5 job, he did a great job here. Him, Ryan Walters, Filani and the ex Cowboys RB now at Georgia Tech were probably the best position coach hires SL made in my opinion. But I would love if we brought back Filani or hired Emmett Jones as OC.

    He should be able to sell any QB on coming here and putting up video game numbers since he was Mahomes OC for three seasons. I do think it's really unfair how some people are crapping on the hire. To me, Texas ties don't matter, I know he will keep the offense humming, I am curious what his approach to defense and high school recruiting vs. portal will be. Not going to say I love the hire, but fully willing to give it time and see it out. GMG.

    Ya'll need to relax. I am hoping for Riley but I'm not going to freak out if it's another coach. No matter who it is, we should give him time and not shit on the guy immediately.

    Ya'll know good and damn well that some students would throw a fit. They probably wouldn't even know what they're outraged by but they would cause a scene. Never mind that every assistant coach from that time were allowed to move on while Art got blacklisted.. I think he would win here too but it's not going to happen, and he's 71 now anyways.

    Hopefully we have known Wren was leaving for quite some time and this supposed plan to hire an AD before the end of the week is not being strung together in a few days time, why not just let Mosely be the AD through the spring? Not hiring a coach before early signing day seems like a bad idea. We only have 5 commits but it's not fair to them, they don't know if new coach will honor their commits or not. It's not fair to any player who's torn on entering the portal. If they wait for February's signing day they won't be at their new school for spring ball. This all seems bad.

    Darden doesn't have elite top end speed and that really hurts him at his size. I was really curious how his skill set would translate to the NFL. I'm just guessing but maybe his elite athleticism in terms of burst and change of direction was negated by bigger more athletic corners, what a shame. The clips of him not knowing plays also didn't help. Maybe he will get a shot on another team.

    Assistant coaches and primary recruiters do 100% check in with players they lost to other schools to see how they're doing it's just how it is. What's going on with our NIL program spearheaded by that guy we fired? Last mention I saw on GMG was him replying to political tweets on an account he shouldn't have been using. Why aren't we the school messaging all conference players at sun belt schools and offering them $25k to transfer here?

    When I was searching the term north texas on twitter a tweet popped up saying something like "Pitt has interest in North Texas transfer WR Jyaire Shorter" I replied and asked if he was really in the portal because I can't find any information confirming that, and then the tweet was deleted. Said account has 12k followers and follows recruiting for Pitt so it wouldn't make sense for that to be a lie. And it would make sense for him to delete it if he didn't know Jyaire hasn't announced it yet. I hope this isn't the case but we should prepare ourselves for a massive overhaul of the roster. I just hope the talented sophomore class remains somewhat intact. Twitter account is @ChrisDokish

    He should be commended for how clean of a program he ran but he just couldn't get us over the hump. Can't wait to see who we hire, we really need to move quickly which is tough without an AD.

    Care to share anything you've heard lately? I remembered your original post and was hopeful regardless of the AD situation we would wake up to a firing tomorrow and didn't realize you updated it. What a shame, fans are fed up and it will get incredibly toxic going in to next season while the last SL believers try to convince us we need to support blindly for the players..

    We paid PB how much? Wasn't one of the stipulations he didn't want to recruit? Or didn't want to work certain months? Insisted on his son n law with zero experience being the DL coach, brought in Jim Gush from an FCS school and gave him more responsibility. That hire is another colossal failure among many DC's in the Seth Littrell era.
