Pathetic compared to the past 5 yrs... everyone is down except for OU.

The big 12 is pathetic this yr besides OU. OU will dominate everyone.

I'm watching the aggie game on ESPN against Miami and I am suprised at the lack of athletes they have on their team. They all look very undersized and very very skinny. What has happened to A&M. RC Slocum was a better coach than Fran. The ags made a huge mistake getting rid of RC.

I'm pretty sure we all jinxed him a couple yrs back wondering if he would transfer to a bigger school / leave for the NFL before his senior year.

I also thought Micah Mosely looked kinda scared... on numerous occasions he turned his back towards the OU defense as if he was running the other direction scared.

haha.

As I'm watching this game I can't believe the caliber of athletes that OU had... combine Tech and SMU and you still couldn't match the athletes OU has. OU will do some special things this year.

On numerous occasions our defensive tackles out willed and out powered the so called giants on the Oklahoma offensive line. This will definitely be a plus this yr... our defensive ends on the other hand are suspect at best.

Cons of the game so far... Buruss is extremely slow and looks as if he has no athletic ability. Roman is wayyy too short. Venegas needs work. Pros... our interior dline is getting a push on ou's extremely large oline. Aaron Weathers is a bada$$.

Its gonna be a long season if Roman is one of our cornerbacks.

Our defensive line is not too shabby.... one of our cornerbacks, roman... IS FREAKIN PATHETIC!!!!!!!! GET HIM OUTTA THERE!!!!!

This is nothing new.... just a team unity thing. Back in high school football we use to do the same thing, we all died our hair black... while some other teams shaved their heads.

Football is here... well atleast in videogame form. Today ALL PRO FOOTBALL 2K8 and NCAA Football 2008 hit stores. Well I gave Best Buy my money for both games and have played both of them about 2 hours a piece today. I know alot of you here are interested in them... here is my rundown on both of them. This is on the PS3 NCAA feels like more of the same... every year I hope for a complete redesign. The gameplay this yr is practically the same except for the game being much more fluid. In short, the game seems to have no soul. I just cannot get into it, hopefully as I put more time into it.... it will grow on me. The one thing I want to really say about NCAA is that it is as smooth as butter... no stutters in the gameplay, no dips in framerate, etc. I find this to be a very polished and well developed, just not that fun... it just seems like more of the same from EA. Now some of you are probably thinking what the hell is ALL PRO Football 2K8... well, I thought the same way till last week. All Pro Football 2k8 is developed by Visual Concepts the creators of the past NFL 2K football videogame franchise. NFL 2K5 was the last game as EA Sports bought the rights to the NFL in videogame form. Basically the game is based on creating a fictional team in a fictional stadium with over 240 of the greatest players to ever play in the NFL. All the big names are here... except Mean Joe Greene, hopefully next yr. My first thought as soon as I loaded up the game can only be described as "corny and pretty damn cool". As I play over the next couple of hours I am refreshed their is finally a new football game in town and my first impressions turned from "corny and cool" to "wow this is so much damn fun, will I put NCAA back in?". The gameplay is just plain fun. Seeing Earl Campbell and Joe Montana in the same backfield is different to say the least. Sure playing no name teams and not having NFL logos and the like will at first be alittle strange, but I came to realize this game is about football. This is how football should feel in videogame form. I am just so happy we have another football videogame in town again... If you like the NFL 2K football series you will love ALL PRO FOOTBALL 2K8. If you hate the idea of playing no name teams in fictional stadiums... I say to you, try it... give it 2hrs and let me know which game is more fun. Fun is the deciding factor here and ALL PRO FOOTBALL 2K8 in my opinion is the champ of football videogames this yr... so far.

The tech comeback was good... but not all that remarkable. They were playing against a very mediocore Minnesota team.

HAHA yeah... with amazing financial support and a 'recruiting staff'. Put him at small lower income 2 or 3a school and see how well he does.
