NT does have a lot of players returning next season (don't we say this every season?). The loss of Novil and Torrey will hurt. The QB position is still a major question mark. The six wins this season came against teams with records of: 3-8, 4-8, 3-9, 7-5, 1-11, 12-1. The six losses were to teams with records of: 8-4, 8-4, 3-9, 6-6, 7-5, 7-5.3 points

Has nothing to do with SL. Everything to do with Casey being a good QB that has plenty of P5 experience. He’ll get a shot at schools much more prominent than UNT.3 points

The only problem I have is that he did not gain all the yards by himself. He had guys blocking and playing hard for him so he could be successful. It is like I am off to the NFL bye see ya you little people. I can see going to the NFL for his Senior year but play this last game for your teammates and fans. Unfortunately with so many mean nothing bowl games the players don't want to get hurt.2 points

I'll give you one reason. This right here. We have a ton of young talent that matured greatly this season and will come back even better in the fall. Not to mention injuries to guys like Shorter and Bush that hopefully get healthy in the offseason.
