Certainly nothing weather related here to warrant cancelling a college BB game. Many High School games were played last night. Game could have been moved here easily, but I agree with the decision to cancel. No way WKU gets another damn home game against NT until they visit Denton a few times.

Most interesting part is that we signed his brother Harold in our 2021 class. I'd like to think we would have a good shot if we pursued him.

Good feel for the game. Not rattled under pressure. Plays with chip on her shoulder. Highlight tape shows quick feet, fearless pursuit, takes good angles, excellent tackle form, finishes the play. I'm afraid we're not landing this one. She's likely headed to a top 25 school.

i think the playing of the anthem before every sporting even is old and antiquated, just like saying the pledge to the usa and texas is every day at school. the kids just stand there, people in the stadium just stand there, still walking/talking and doing whatever. it will never be a 100% thing, so i don't see the point in doing it anymore....maybe championship games/bowl games....make it special, not something that is just done because it's always been done.

Adjustments for game day improve the atmosphere and increase excitement. For example the UTSA Cannon really diverts attention from the flaws and enhances the atmosphere!

Well, Mason Fine arrived in the fall and was the starter about half way through the season. So, not to worry......too much.

Dang that sucks..must have missed that when he first committed. I think he will be the most talented QB on our roster but given his shorter practice time and the fact that Seth has already shown a lot of preference towards Aune it seems like it will be tough for him to take the job before the season starts. Kind of get the feeling we will have another year with a cloudy QB situation, but hopefully someone takes the job and holds onto it all year.

Our schools are not comparable, and never will be. For the foreseeable future we should not play smu despite the proximity.

When the area is under a boil water notice and there is a scarcity of resources, it makes 0 sense to fly people from somewhere else into that situation.
