Houston primarily uses 4 marks in their sports merchandising with no "brand confusion"

...but why?? I'd rather have all this gear with a SOW logo on it (or really, ANY of our current marks).

Our current logos are fine---in fact, they are MUCH better than fine. We just need more gear to be available with them on it!
