No offense to the poster, but these posts about the construction team seemingly not knowing how to build a facility are wearing me out.

I think this is a fascination and curiousness, not a sense of imcompetence.

Like watching "How do they do it". Interested to see the process, not doubting whether the outcome is going to be as anticipated.

Looks to me like it is wedged in there. Guess we'll have to turn it in to something similar to that annoying horn TCU blows when they score a touchdown, etc...
