1) it would still be considered a bye...unless you're suggesting that we will have a losing record in 2014 and, thus, our season will be done following the week 13 game?

2) Week 14 is traditionally "rivalry week" in college football, and I've heard/read chatter that we will be returning to UTSA on that weekend since Tulsa left us for the browner pastures

Who would then be UTEP's Rivalry Week game?

It would make far more sense to paiup UTSA-UTEP and NT-Rice. LT and USM would make the other West Div pair
