Good to hear. I wish those "should"s were "will"s, but I understand there are no definites in life and college football.

One way or the other...it will open and it will open this season. So, all good. Hopefully the opening will be cause for great celebration...and increased attendance as one less excuse for not attending will be washed away. Excellent.
WHY NOT NORTH TEXAS INDEED!!!!

Though I like SOW and hope it remains forever to represent North Texas, we should probably make sure it sticks for at least a decade before we immortalize it in concreate. Until then, I'll take the artist's eagle over a blank wall. I love the idea of text on the bridge itself.I hat to be a stickler........................BUT can we please get one, unified, consistent mascot logo thingy. I LOVE that eagle head. If you are trying to build a brand you don't have rival logos. just saying. The bridge looks super awesome, and i cant wait for it to be done!! It is a true sign that you are entering "Eagle country"/ "The Mean Green Nation". Pick one.

I agree about the artist's eagle on the bridge. Remember, I haven't been around long enough to know the logo life cycle. However, we do need to find something and stick to it for branding purposes. I think the SOW is here to stay.Though I like SOW and hope it remains forever to represent North Texas, we should probably make sure it sticks for at least a decade before we immortalize it in concreate. We need a documented history of logos similar to the Helmet Project's history of helmets. Maybe I'll take that as a research project.I agree about the artist's eagle on the bridge.
