Just wanting to get an early word out. The Denton Chapter of the UNT Alumni Association is planning to host a watch party for the UNT-LSU game on Sept. 1st. Time to be determined after it is announced by UNT/LSU and we are looking to hold the event at Fox & Hound in Lewisville...should the place be available to us that day/time. We will get all the details out in plenty of time, but just wanted folks to know this was in the works for Sept. 1st. Open to one and all...come and enjoy the game with other members of the great Mean Green Nation!

As they say folks...more info to follow...so stay tuned!

For those to the East of Denton County, the Collin County chapter will also be hosting a watching party for the game against LSU. It will be at the very Mean Green friendly Rudy's BBQ in Allen next to Cabella's. We've got the back room reserved and there will be drink specials for Mean Green fans. Watching with fellow North Texas fans is the next best thing to being there. Don't stay at home.
