Count me in the group that thinks that is a good price.  Here's my uneducated, WAG: Field Turf wanted the job, and their earlier generation product was already in place; their existing installation was not ancient; they knew they had to do minimal site prep for the new surface; and so, they could sharpen their pencil when they submitted their proposal. JMO.

I love this attitude and that actions are backing up words:
