Just look and listen to that crowd. During the Benford Shit Show, I remember the first game I went to as a student with only 1,000 in attendance MAYBE. At that point, I could only dream of an atmosphere like the one from last night. It is a true miracle that Grant has been able to turn this program and fanbase around in one year. This will (or at least SHOULD) bring a lot more students back next year.

It was pretty magical in the Pit last night. Hopefully we see more crowds like that next season.

I met a couple that had moved to Denton from Pennsylvania.  They've been season basketball ticket holders for a couple of years but have never set foot in Apogee.  Before the game, they wanted to know more about NT football.  I told them I'd let them to call closer to football season.  They will probably buy season football tickets and we will see an increase at football games due to the success of our basketball program.
