Thanks for sharing! Any news on 2018 recruits?

We have offered JUCOs Wendell Mitchell and Tremell Murphy recently. Mitchell is a 6'3"-6'4" combo guard who signed at Baylor when Mccasland was there and Murphy is a 2/3 at 6'6". Think they're trying to upgrade that third guard spot next to Woolridge and Smart. Not sure if they intend to part ways with anyone with eligibility remaining or if they are just going to sign one guy with Temara's spot and not put Draper on scholarship.

As many have said, I wouldn’t mind bringing on both of these guys and parting ways with Fuller. I still believe we need a solid post presence, but that may not be McCaslands vision.

I know there are rumors Lawson may be gone, but I really hope he gets the surgery he needs on his wrist and comes back with an improved shot next year.

Thought I'd bring this over from the BBall recruiting page...

Found this from 14 months ago.  Could be a very valuable relationship for the program...

Jalen Jackson

An almost immediately noticeable standout on a roster already featuring a Baylor pledge and a handful of intriguing college prospects is sophomore point guard Jalen Jackson. The son of San Antonio AAU powerhouse Hard Work head coach Terence “Boo Man” Jackson, the sophomore’s constant involvement in high-level competition is already apparent....

Good stuff. I fully expect Mccasland to sign the best recruiting class we have had since the 2011 class. They have been working hard on this 2019 high school class since they got here. Would be huge if Mccullar was a part of it.
